Become a Member

Eligibility
The SWCWC welcomes new members throughout the year and is open to any woman over the age of 18 who is interested in personal growth and community service.
Responsibility
The emphasis of our organization is on community service through fun and friendship. Each member is offered many opportunities to participate in club programs and service activities. While we encourage you to participate on any committees or projects that draw upon your individual area of interest and expertise, your degree of participation should fit comfortably into your lifestyle. We do not want anyone to feel pressured or burdened to participate in any way.

Meetings
Meetings are generally held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the South Windsor Parks and Recreation Building, 91 Ayers Road, Room 58. The Board meets just prior to the General Meeting, at 6:30. Meetings can sometimes be held a week early due to school vacation schedules, usually in December and April.

Dues
New member dues are $35.00 per fiscal year, with our fiscal year running from June 1 through May 31. New members are welcome at any time of the year. After the first year, annual dues are $30.00.
